Two balances · one lobby
Dogg House Casino Coins and Dogg Cash: How They Differ
Dogg Coins support social play; Dogg Cash follows a separate promotional entry programme. Read each balance by its purpose rather than treating the number as cash.

The source of a balance decides what it can do. Dogg Coins start either as a free allocation or as an optional purchase, and they flow into one place only: the entertainment games, from the blackjack tables to the branded titles. Dogg Cash starts from a narrower set of doors and leads to sweepstakes participation and, for eligible players, a prize request.

What each balance represents
Read the two lanes as two separate ledgers. Coins measure how much social play you have left; they never turn into anything outside the game. DCH measures promotional entries, and it is the only side of the platform that can lead to a prize, and only after the sponsor’s own checks.
Licence, not balance
Coins are a virtual licence, not a withdrawal balance
The Terms describe Dogg Coins as licensed virtual tokens. You receive a personal right to use them for entertainment, the coins stay tied to the account holder, and they exist only inside the games. That is a different legal shape from a withdrawal balance, where money is held for you and can be sent back out.

Non-redeemable entertainment coins
Non-redeemable is the key word. A coin balance cannot be cashed out, swapped for goods outside the platform or claimed back just because it is large. DCH sits under its own rulebook: entries are granted, used in sweepstakes play and, where a prize follows, checked through verification and approval before anything is processed. The two balances can appear side by side on the same screen and still answer to different documents.
So when a figure on screen looks like money, ask which column it belongs to first. If it is Coins, it is play time. If it is DCH, it is a set of promotional entries with conditions attached.
This also explains why the Terms talk about a licence rather than ownership. A licence is permission to use something under conditions, and those conditions can include expiry, closure or suspension of the account. A withdrawal balance works the other way round: the money stays yours and the platform holds it for you. Dogg Coins sit firmly in the first group.
Four doors
1 DCH, 3 DCH and marked packs have different conditions
Dogg Cash never goes on sale, but there are four documented ways it can reach an eligible account. Each one has its own trigger and its own limit, so treat them as separate routes rather than one allowance.
- 1 DCH / 24h
Zero-balance grantA possible 1.00 DCH once every 24 hours, only while your DCH balance is zero and no prizes are pending. The amount can change.
- 3 DCH · cap 30
Approved mail-inEach approved request adds 3 DCH, up to 30 DCH a month. No purchase is necessary, and only approved requests are credited.
- As labelled
Marked coin packsSome entertainment coin packs show free DCH in their description. Only that pack’s own label says whether DCH is included and how much.
- Own rules
Social giveawaysGiveaways run under their own separate rules. Read them for each giveaway instead of assuming they match the grant or mail-in route.
Free methods and marked packs
The two fixed numbers belong to the free methods. The zero-balance grant is a possible 1.00 DCH once every 24 hours, and the rules say the amount can change; it only appears when your DCH balance is empty and nothing is pending. Mail-in adds 3 DCH per approved request, with a ceiling of 30 DCH a month, so ten approved requests already reach the cap. Marked packs have no fixed rate at all: the description of each pack is the only place its free DCH amount is stated. The current wording of those packs sits with our notes on coin-pack offers. Separately, the welcome offer shown through our link is the Slots package: 800% up to £8,600 over 6 deposits, operator terms apply.
None of the four routes asks you to pay for DCH itself. Even the marked-pack route is a free extra attached to an entertainment purchase, which is why the rules keep the coins you pay for and the DCH that may come with them in separate columns.
Read the counter
Read 1,000 Coins as Coins, not as £1,000
1,000 Coins
≠ £1,000
- Reads as
- A conditional entertainment balance for social play
- Does not read as
- Real money, a deposit or an amount you can withdraw
3 DCH
= 1 approved request
- Reads as
- Promotional entries for one approved mail-in request
- Does not read as
- Three dollars, three pounds or a prize already won
Review separate
≠ instant cashout
- Reads as
- A claim the sponsor approves after eligibility and verification checks
- Does not read as
- An automatic result of holding DCH or buying coins
A number on a game screen borrows the shape of money, with commas, decimals and a coin icon, without being money. 1,000 Coins is a conditional entertainment balance: it tells you how much social play the account holds, and nothing about pounds, dollars or prizes. Halve it or double it and your bank balance does not move.
The same habit works on any screen in the lobby. Before reading a number as good or bad news, look at the label beside it: the gold coin means entertainment Coins, the DCH label means promotional entries. The label tells you which rulebook applies; the size of the number never does.
DCH reads differently again. 3 DCH is what one approved mail-in request adds, counted as promotional entries under the programme rules. Even then, a prize is not the next automatic step: it is decided by a separate procedure with its own eligibility checks.
Entry rules and approval
Approval sits between entries and any prize. The sponsor reviews eligible claims, a review can take up to 30 days, requests from $500 can take longer, and one prize per account is processed every five days. The full timetable is in our guide to prize processing.
Record and clock

- 60 days
- Clock counts
- Coin gameplay
- Balance record
- Top right
- Personal limits
- Time · spend · loss

- Coins can expire

The Terms point to one place for the record: the balance shown in the top right corner of the screen. That counter is the reference for both Coins and DCH, so check it rather than a screenshot, a message or a memory of yesterday’s session.
The second rule is about time. An account becomes dormant after sixty consecutive days without gameplay using virtual coins, and at that point virtual coins can expire. Move the slider to see where a run of quiet days leaves you.
21 days in a row without coin gameplay. 39 left before the account would count as dormant.
Dormancy and personal limits
The Responsible Social Gameplay Policy lists personal limits on time, currency, wagers and losses, applied under the conditions the operator confirms. Set them before a long session rather than after one; the helpline and our own tips are on responsible play.
Your call
Free social play or an optional coin pack?
For an eligible user there are two honest starting points: stay on the free route, or read the USD price and conditions of an optional entertainment pack before deciding. Neither changes what the balances are.
Free social play - No purchase is required to create an eligible account or play
- Free access to virtual coins for social play
- Free DCH routes: zero-balance grant, approved mail-in, giveaways
- Coins and DCH keep separate counters either way
- The same eligibility and territory rules apply
Optional coin pack - Read the USD price and pack conditions first
- The purchase is final
- Free DCH only if that pack is marked with it
- Coins bought have no cash value
- Welcome offer via our link: Slots package 800% up to £8,600 over 6 deposits, operator terms apply
Free routes versus paid packs
The free route covers more than it first seems: account creation, social play with free virtual coins and the documented DCH methods. A paid pack adds entertainment coins and, only where it is marked, some free DCH; the purchase is final and the payment method must carry the account holder’s name. If you mostly play on a phone, the official listings are covered under app options.
For a UK reader this page is a way to understand the model, not an invitation to sign up. The Terms limit the service to the United States, and nothing here, free route or paid pack, changes that.
A practical way to decide, for an eligible player: try the free route first and watch how the two counters move over a few sessions. If you then consider a pack, write down your limit in pounds before you look at the dollar price, and treat any free DCH printed on the pack as a side note rather than the reason to buy.
