Reading the first purchase offer

A first-purchase offer is a description attached to one pack, not a rule for every pack. Read three things on the pack itself: the price in dollars, the number of Coins, and whether it is marked with free DCH and on what conditions. Wording changes from pack to pack, so a pack you saw last week or in another channel is not a guide to today’s price. A coin pack is not a cash balance

The pound total on your statement depends on the exchange rate on the day and on any fee your payment service adds, so there is no fixed equation in which £20 buys a $20 pack. Neither the minimum purchase nor a list of accepted payment methods is set out in the sources we checked, and a web pack carries its own price: do not assume a figure from an app listing applies in the browser.

Once bought, Coins sit in a game counter, not an account you can draw down. That is why the cap matters before the purchase rather than after it. Prize processing conditions

Read the thirty days as a ceiling for ordinary processing, not a delivery date and not a promise of speed. Prizes from five hundred dollars can need more time, and the frequency rule means a second request waits its turn: one prize per account is processed every five days. The rules also note that fees may apply.

None of this touches Coins. Purchased Coins stay non-redeemable whatever their number, and a prize request is a separate track from refunding a coin purchase. The sources we checked set no minimum redemption amount and name no bank method, so we quote neither.

How long can prize processing take?
