Cookie Settings and Consent for the Dogg House Guide
Choose whether to allow optional analytics. Required functions and optional tracking are described separately, and you can revisit consent choices at any time.
1 · Settings
Your cookie choices
Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and nothing on the page changes either way. Pick a button, or set the switch and press Save.
Remembers your cookie choice so the banner does not return. This is the only item the site stores.
None runs on this site today. If analytics is ever added, it will only start after you have allowed it here.
Prefer the banner? Reopen the cookie bar.
2 · Kinds
Required and optional, kept apart
- stores your cookie choice in your browser
- needs no consent because the site cannot work its banner without it
- holds nothing about who you are
- analytics: not in use on this site
- advertising cookies: not used
- anything new would stay off until you allow it
The line between the two is simple. Required storage is what the banner needs to remember you answered. Optional items would be anything that measures visits or shows advertising, and we do not run any of it. If that changes, we will update this page and the privacy notice before the change goes live, and your saved answer will not be treated as consent to something new.
3 · Storage
What is stored, exactly
dh-cookiesWhat it holdsok after Accept, no after RejectPurposeStops the banner asking again4 · Control
Change your mind without a trap
There is no reload loop and no hidden step. Your choice is applied the moment you press a button.
- Open the settingsUse this page, or the Cookie settings button in the footer of any page.
- Press a buttonAccept analytics, Reject optional or Save choices all work at once.
- Check the status lineIt shows what is saved right now.
- Or clear itClearing site data in your browser removes the choice entirely.
If your browser blocks local storage, the banner may appear again on your next visit. That is harmless: the site works the same way, and no tracking is waiting behind the choice.
