Step 1 of 4 · Bets open
The table accepts bets: a chip goes into your betting spot while the window is open.
The timer runs out and betting closes for everyone seated. Nothing can be changed now.
Cards are dealt and the hand asks for a decision: hit, stand, double or split.
The hand is settled under the rules published for this exact version.
The layout is open: back a number, a colour or a sector of the wheel.
The timer closes the layout. Chips already placed stay where they are.
The wheel spins and the ball settles in one pocket.
Selections are settled by the payout table of this version.
Three zones are open: Player, Banker or Tie. Pick one before the call.
The timer closes the zones and the table stops taking choices.
The cards play themselves under fixed drawing rules — no hit or stand.
The round is settled; any commission is a rule of this version.
The dice layout is open for bets before the shooter takes the dice.
The timer closes the layout for this roll.
The dice are thrown and the roll decides which bets are affected.
Bets are settled under the rule set of this Craps title.

Round by round
Every live table follows the same broad shape, whatever the game. First the table opens for actions: you place a chip, pick a zone or make a call. Then a timer runs down and the table closes, so nothing else can be changed. After that comes the move or the result — cards are dealt, the wheel spins, the dice are thrown. Last, the round is settled under the rules of that exact version.
Pace is the main thing that changes between formats. A live-video table runs on the dealer’s clock: the timer is shared by everyone seated, and a round waits for the closing call before anything moves. An automatic round has no presenter and can run at a different tempo, so a quick table and a hosted one can feel like different games even when the rules look close. Neither speed says anything about how a round ends.
The live lobby sorts its tables into shelves:
These are categories, not rule sets — a table in Top 10 Games still plays by its own information sheet. For slots and instant games outside the live floor, browse the catalogue.
Blackjack versions
Three names, three studios. A blackjack hand always asks you to choose, but who built the table, which rules it publishes and whether it runs as a live table at all are separate questions. The table below keeps them in separate columns.

Gravity Blackjack comes from ICONIC21; BlackJack and BlackJack 7 Nova come from JACKTOP; Snoop Dogg Blackjack is a Kerma Games title from the general catalogue and is not automatically a live game just because it shares the family name. Side bets, limits and payouts are details of a particular version, so check the information sheet of the table in front of you rather than the one you played last week.

Wheel vs cards
Roulette and baccarat both ask for one decision before the table closes, but the decision looks very different. On Live Roulette from Kerma you choose where on the layout to place a chip — a single number, a colour or a sector of the wheel. On Baccarat from JACKTOP the choice narrows to three zones: Player, Banker or Tie. After that, the cards play themselves; you do not hit or stand.
Live RouletteKerma Games · wheelOne pocket on the layout. What it pays is set by that version’s payout table.
Red or black across the wheel. Zero pockets follow that version’s layout.
A group of neighbouring pockets, exactly as the table defines it.
BaccaratJACKTOP · cardsYou back the Player hand. Drawing follows the table’s fixed rules.
You back the Banker hand. Any commission is set by that version.
You back both hands ending level. Its payout is on the table sheet.
The zero layout of the wheel, any commission on a Banker win and the table limits all belong to the specific version, not to the game family. Two roulette tables can carry the same name and still differ on pockets and payout tables, and a baccarat table’s information sheet is the only place its commission rule is stated. Read it once per table, before your first chip.
Dice register
4 × Craps
dice titles in the catalogue, from three providers — one word, more than one game.
Evolution has a Craps table; ICONIC21 lists both a Craps and a Crapless Craps; Kerma runs Craps Live. Treat the provider as part of the name — without it you do not know which rule set you are reading.
A live dice table under the plain name. Read it as “Craps, Evolution”.
A separate card with the same word on it — and a different studio behind it.
A changed rule set named in the title. Standard Craps instructions do not carry over.
Kerma’s own dice table, listed under its own title.
Crapless Craps is the clearest case: the name itself tells you the rules are changed, and instructions written for a standard Craps table should not be carried over to it. The two plain Craps cards from Evolution and ICONIC21 share a word but come from different studios, so the layout, the list of bets and the limits can differ. Craps Live from Kerma is a third interpretation. When you note a table down for later, write it as title plus provider — “Craps, Evolution” — and you will always land on the same game.
The same habit helps when you compare dice tables with each other. Put two titles side by side and check three things on each information sheet: which bets the layout offers, how a roll is resolved and what the limits are. If any of those differ, you are looking at two games, however similar the felt looks. A familiar word on the cover is a shelf label, not a promise that what you learned at one table carries across to the next.
Coins or DCH
Picking a table and picking a balance are two different decisions. The table decides the game and its rules; the balance decides which programme the round belongs to. Switch below to see what each mode means once you are seated. The table layout looks the same in both modes, so check the selected balance before you place a chip — the felt will not remind you.
Dogg Coins are virtual coins for entertainment. A round played with Coins is social play: the result changes a coin balance that has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for external prizes.
Dogg Cash is a set of free promotional entries that cannot be bought. A round in DCH mode falls under the sweepstakes rules, with eligibility and verification checks, and only for eligible US participants.
At the table you are reading two documents at once: the rules of the game mode and the rules of the programme the balance belongs to. The conditions on bonus terms describe the offers themselves; they do not set how much each live table contributes, and a table being listed in the lobby does not mean it counts towards any offer. For the full difference between the two balances, the currency guide walks through both columns side by side. The offer shown through our link is the operator’s Slots package, 800% up to £8,600 over 6 deposits; operator terms decide which tables and modes it applies to.
Signal lost
Phones drop signal — in a lift, on a train, when Wi-Fi hands over to mobile data. If that happens mid-round, the round does not wait for you, and what happened to it is decided by the table’s own rules, not by the app. Work through it in this order.
Reconnect. Reopen the same table in the app or the browser and sign in to the same account.
Check the round. Look at the round state and the account history for that hand or spin.
Result clear Nothing else to do — note the time if you like.
Still unclear Result or balance missing? Go on to step 3.
Read the interruption rules. The table information explains how an interrupted round is handled for that version.
Contact support. Write to support@dogghousecasino.com with the table title and the incident time.
The account record is your evidence. Before you write to the operator, note the full table name with its provider, the time the signal dropped and what the screen showed when you came back. Support can only look up what you can point to. Device requirements and the differences between web and app are covered on Android and iPhone; this guide does not measure latency or promise how any round is resolved.
